Every day, we encounter challenges, decisions, and setbacks. This course is an invitation to examine what it means to be resilient -
in the context of your life.

There is a place for you here, Anchor Labs.

Using the model of Everyday Resiliency, learners will think about their own ability to move through challenges with a deep sense that they are okay. Through a lens of self-compassion and self-care, learners will explore the five pillars of Everyday Resiliency:
Belonging, perspective, acceptance, hope, and humour.

After reviewing the five pillars, learners will consider resiliency in uncertain times and review topics such as stress, burnout and compassion fatigue. Providing opportunities for application, this course recommends practical strategies for daily living. This course invites learners to get to know their stress and examine daily practices. Learners will have an opportunity to reflect on what is working and what might not be working while gaining new strategies or revisiting familiar ones.

Material is presented in words, images, and videos to support
diverse learning styles.
