5 Pillars of Resiliency
The five pillars of resiliency: Being resilient doesn’t mean we are bulletproof. It means that we have the capacity to do hard things and manage competing demands and feel okay at the end of it. Much of the work on resiliency focuses on the challenge, hardship, or event that triggered a crisis. My work is differentiated by taking a forward-focused and behavioural approach. I frame the setback as the setup for getting back on track. There are five key competencies that are critical to this approach.
